Trader Sam's at the Disneyland Hotel

I've been seeing a lot of praise for Trader Sam's at the Disneyland Hotel (as if we need more food options).

The premise is that it's a bar run by Trader Sam of the Jungle Cruise, and the menu is Polynesian. Apparently both the themed details and food are pretty incredible:
